Your presentation will include work you have completed in PH4002, PH4003, and PH4004 and focus on mitigating determinants of health that are “upstream.” You will also solicit feedback on your plan from one healthcare professional, analyze the feedback by preparing a summary paper, and then incorporate that feedback into your intervention plan.
